What’s the background to the programme?
My programme was developed over two years by two leading UK Career Coaches and piloted for a year before being rolled out.
As with a lot of career change programmes it will help you unravel what it important to you, specifically within the working environment and also within the bigger life picture, looking at skills, strengths, work motivators, values, interests, life goals etc.
Where my programme differs is in how the career ideas are developed. This programme uses structure and a unique approach called the ‘Careers Bank’ to develop specific career ideas – things you may have never considered before or even knew existed.
